Directing a ski school takes a great deal of talent and skill. The Ski School Director balances the needs of the resorts' guests with the talents of its instructors. They make sure that the instructors have the training, support and tools to do the best job possible. They work behind the scenes to ensure that every guest has a great experience and every lesson is productive. However, they are accomplished skiers in their own right.
